So many studies have proven that just going outside for a 10-minute walk significantly improves the quality of life, work performance, and overall happiness! I like to get outside if even just for a walk around the neighborhood a couple times a day. It's kind of the best feeling! And, you never know who you'll bump into or what random experience lies ahead.
