CULT L.A.

CURATED.  VINTAGE.  FASHION.  ART.  DESIGN.  MINIMALISM.

ASSEMBLY LOS ANGELES, AN IMMACULATE BOUTIQUE ON THE WEST END OF MELROSE AVENUE

Notable taste-maker, Greg Armas, launched Assembly Los Angeles in the spring of 2015 with the coolest sales team in the history of hipster-swag. If you're looking for refreshing, high-quality, organic, eco-friendly, new and vintage threads then this is where you want to be.

After 'A West Hollywood Brunch' at The Hart and The Hunter, I stumbled upon this corner-boutique on Melrose Avenue and Edinburgh Avenue.

Assembly Los Angeles brings finely-tuned his & hers luxury apparel to Melrose Avenue in a museum-esq 1,850 sq ft intimate sanctuary.

Pretentiousness? Not their style.

Friendly. And Impeccable?

Is.

The scene: classic 90s music - from rock to R&B - concrete flooring, sunlight windows, tribal art, design furnishing, and exclusive indie labels. The coolest of the cool kids run this store with class; dressed tout en noir, both creatives, Amanda and Austin, add to the store's exemplary vintage-meets-contemporary vibe.

The sales team buzzes around, providing exceptional customer care, offering on-trend styling choices to shoppers and making sure that each garment is hung separately from one another, on the rack, just so.

It's the consummate boutique experience. Mr. Armas has such a unique buying eye. You'll find some of the rarest global brands, including the most coveted brand of them all: Assembly's in-house label, Assembly, which Greg re-launched in 2012.

Visit the store and shop the spring/summer 2016 Assembly collection at: 7977 MELROSE AVENUE, LOS ANGELES, CA, 90046
