This week was a little crazy. I caught the flu to start. The minute that I felt better, I was back at it - back to work, back to meeting with friends, and back to working on my blog. Probably not the best idea in retrospect. But alas, it is the American way.
The following week, I still wasn't feeling better. My friends thought that it was because I didn't take the time to properly recover after I had the flu. And they were probably right, but I was thinking that eventually I would get over it.
That developed into bronchitis! Not such a happy camper right?
My remedy: Sleeping a proper 8 hours for a few nights, drinking a lot of water and binging on oranges. But little did I know that's not precisely how bronchitis works. lol
I'm still not feeling great. But when work calls, I answer :-) I scheduled back-to-back photo shoots and had a good time styling some Instagram content that I'll put up on the blog next week. Check out my Instagram for a few sneak peeks!
It seems like everybody has something these days - from my barista to my Uber driver - people are hacking up stuff, coughing and sneezing all over this town. I don't know if it's the weather or an alleged "super bug", but be well my friends. Stock up on fruits high in Vitamin C, drink tons of water, and get some ginger in your life!
